Process transactions and manage your premium subscriptions or token balances.

3. Data Privacy, Moderation, and Human Review

Your conversations with the AI are private. However, to comply with App Store guidelines and ensure user safety, interactions are processed by automated safety classifiers designed to prevent the generation of prohibited explicit or harmful content.

In standard operation, human staff do not read your private chat logs. We reserve the right to have human trust and safety moderators review specific messages only if a user repeatedly triggers safety violations, attempts to bypass system filters, or if review is required to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data or chat histories to third-party advertisers. We only share information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party cloud hosting and AI infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Payment Processing: With Apple (via In-App Purchases) to facilitate secure transactions. We do not store your raw credit card details.
Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes or protect the safety of our users or the public.

5. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. You have the right to:

Request the correction of inaccurate data.
Request the deletion of your account and associated chat histories. You can initiate account deletion directly within the app settings, which will permanently purge your conversational data from our active servers.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
